Florence (1hr 15) and Pisa (1hr 50) are both commutable by train or car, however we found getting a taxi was a nightmare at the time so try to book in advance and give them a definitive address such as your villa/ apartment. They do have Uber in Italy but we're not sure how reliable it would be out in the sticks of Tuscany! We'll put some taxi numbers on here nearer to the time.
